Its a little early for the 20s.But I wont be anal....
1911,not really Art Deco,not really Victorian,it was a transitional time...
But anyways they do show a time when life was different.

Ah slaps my forehead.When I looked at the link first,it only showed the top pictures from 1910 to 1912.......
I couldnt see the Art Deco ones..I feel stupid now!

Ah, now I see. A Few of these predate 1920 because I was sharing them with [info]silent_films. Most should be relevant, though.

Incidently, not a single one of those theaters lsited in the first item is still standing, let alone in use as a theater.

Yes, #1-9 are from The Movies by Arthur Mayer & Richard Griffith.

The rest are from I Remember Distinctly 1918-1941 by Agnes Rogers.
