Jamie and his professor
Jamie: Jamie gets up before Annie, putting together his bag for school. Since he only had one seminar class, he was going to take Jay with him. He dresses his son, leaving Annie a note before walking out of the house, pushing Jay in the stroller the short distance to school.
Professor: Professor Adama glances up, "You're early." He slowly sets his things out.
Jamie: He nods, settling Jay to play quietly with his elephant. "Yes sir. You don't mind? I thought I would give my wife the morning off."
Professor: "As long as he doesn't disrupt my class."
Jamie: "He's a good boy. Aren't you Jay?"
Professor: He walks over to the boy, "He's named after you?"
Jamie: He nods. "Yes sir. Jay can you say hello to Professor Adama?"
Jay: The boy looks at the man. "Ol!" He waves his elephant.
Professor: He chuckles, "I remember when my sons were his age."
Jamie: He picks up his son. "That is Big Al. Are you sharing?"
Jay: The boy nods.
Professor: "Must look like your wife?"
Jamie: He laughs. "Jay looks like a mixture of us. He's got Annie's hair."
Professor: He smiles, "Zack looked more like his mother than Lee did."
Jamie: He smiles.
Jay: Jay looks at the other man. "Ol!"
Professor: He chuckles, "Hi there."
Jamie: Jamie nods. "Are you sharing Al buddy?"
Jay: He nods to his dad.
Professor: "That's a nice elephant."
Jay: "Ol Ide."
Jamie: Jamie snorts.
Professor: "I bet." He doesn't really understand the boy, "Well, I have a class to teach. If you need to go, I won't hold it against you."
Jamie: He shakes his head. "We'll be fine." He puts Jay in his stroller, quieting the boy.
Jay: The boy looks at his big picture book. He grins.
