Frank and Henry
Frank: Frank lies in bed with Nora, rubbing her belly. He smiles when he hears Henry walk in the door.
Henry: "She alright?" He's soft.
Frank: He nods, kissing it quickly before he gets up to give Henry a kiss, "How was class?"
Henry: "Long." He sighs. "Wish we had President's Day off."
Frank: "I thought you did."
Henry: "No." He shakes his head.
Frank: "Why not?" He wraps his arms around him.
Henry: "We just don't. We don't get lots of holidays off."
Frank: "That's silly." He rubs his back.
Henry: "Well, it's important, I guess."
Frank: "Why?"
Henry: "They say so."
Frank: "Well, don't worry about it."
Henry: "I just wish I could stay home with you guys."
Frank: "You aren't missing anything."
Henry: "Missing time with Nora."
Frank: He chuckles a little, "Nothing is going to happen while you're away."
Henry: "It might."
Frank: "Such as?"
Henry: "I don't know."
Frank: "Exactly."
Henry: He sighs.
Frank: "If it matters that much to you, just cut class."
Henry: "I can't do that either. You know that."
Frank: "You can too." He smiles, "You're sick, remember?"
Henry: "Stop." He sighs.
Frank: "They have your doctor's note, hon. It's up to you."
Henry: "I can't do that." He shakes his head.
Frank: "Why not?"
Henry: "Because if I miss I don't understand stuff."
Frank: "Tape it."
Henry: "We can't."
Frank: "Why not?"
Henry: "It's not allowed."
Frank: He shrugs, "Neither is two men being together who love each other madly and are going to have a child together."
Henry: "School rules are different."
Frank: "I'm just pointing something out.
Henry: He sighs. "Come on, let her rest."
Frank: He smiles, "You aren't going to feel the bump?"
Henry: "I do every morning."
Frank: "Okay."
Henry: "You don't get up."
Frank: "What?"
Henry: "In the mornings." Frank typically slept in.
Frank: "Ah." He nods, "Which is why I have the rest of the day to bond."
Henry: "I know." He's soft.
Frank: "Okay." He kisses him again, "You need to relax with us." He nods.
Henry: "You need to come to the kitchen."
Frank: "For what?"
Henry: "Come on." He kisses the man.
Frank: He smiles, following him.
Henry: He covers his eyes when they reach the kitchen. "Guess what?"
Frank: "What?"
Henry: "I won." He grins, removing his hands.
Frank: "You won what?"
Henry: "My competition." He laughs.
Frank: "Didn't know there was one."
Henry: "The one I've been preparing for."
Frank: "Which is?"
Henry: He sighs. "Never mind."
Frank: "No, tell me."
Henry: "The one I was doing all weekend."
Frank: "Okay." He watches him.
Henry: He sighs. "It's a big deal."
Frank: "Even if I don't know what that deal is?"
Henry: "So never mind."
Frank: "I want to know you're big deal."
Henry: "It's fine."
Frank: "Did you win your court thing?" He smirks, having been teasing him.
Henry: He nods. "I did."
Frank: "I am so proud of you." He kisses him deeply.
Henry: "Thank you." He's soft. "I wanted to know."
Frank: "I love you so much." He holds him close.
Henry: "Do you think we could ask Nora to Law Prom?"
Frank: "Law Prom?"
Henry: He nods, grinning. "It's a dance."
Frank: "I don't know if she'll want to come."
Henry: "I want to ask her to go. I don't want to leave her out."
Frank: "Feel free." He smiles.
Henry: He grins. "You'll like it." He smirks. "Dress up, drinks, dinner, dancing."
Frank: "Except she can't drink or do much of dinner."
Henry: "It might be better by then." He's soft. "I just want to include her."
Frank: "Love, do whatever you want." He kisses his hands.
Henry: He leans on the other man. "Thanks."
Frank: He rubs his back, "She's our baby's mum. you think I would care?"
Henry: "I just want her to know how important it is."
Frank: "Trust me, she knows."
Henry: "Okay."
Frank: He rubs his back, "You okay?"
Henry: "I'm great."
Frank: "Let's go sit down." He walks him to the other room.
Henry: He follows Frank. "What?"
Frank: "Come on, let's go sit." He kisses his hand.
Henry: He sits. "I'll be home more now."
Frank: "Okay." He holds him.
Henry: He is so tired that he falls asleep when the news comes on.
