Thank you!YOU DON'T NEED TO HAVE POSTING ACCESS TO THIS COMMUNITY TO POST IN THE COMMENTS SECTION Introducing, the ongoing... Fifteen Minute Ficlet Challenge One word. Fifteen minutes. You see the word. You write. For 15 minutes. You post. You're done. What? Based on the OneWord writing exercise, where you get a word and get sixty seconds to write as much as you can, it was thought to be a good idea to bring it into fic writing. Who? No boundaries on fandom. Write for HP. Write for Highlander. Write for Final Fantasy. Hells, you can even write for an original fic if you want! When? How? This will be a weekly challenge. The word will be posted on Sunday, hopefully in the afternoon, Eastern Time. You can delay starting your ficlet (or drabble, or whatever you want to call it) for as long as you like. But once you sit down to write it, you don't come up for air until fifteen minutes have passed. And you DO NOT go over. A minute, maybe. But this is designed for short work. For bits and pieces. For a word to launch a springboard to other ideas, but those you can deal with after your fifteen minutes of fame are up. While it would really great if you didn't look at the word until you were ready to start writing, it's understood that it's not always going to work out for people. But do try it, at least once. Where? The word of the week will be posted here. You can post your replies to the challenges in your LJ or in a comment. This will be an announcement-only Community for each week's word. If you wish, you may link to your entry in the comments section if you post it elsewhere. Why? Because ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small} heinous_bitca didn't have enough to do, so she wanted to add something more! Well, she was really trying to motivate herself again. She started a good rhythm at the beginning of 2003, and then finished one fic and totally lost the muse. She wanted to drag her back, and thought this might help her.
