rpflashfic is a flash fiction challenge community for real person fiction. Prompts will be posted bi-weekly and stories should be between 100 and 2500 words in length. It is open to all fandoms, as well as genres and ratings. Het, femm, gen too! First prompt is up, so stop by!

You might have heard about this community called 11_reasons, as it's been on lj for ages. However it has been pretty inactive for the past two years. Now we have a new mod and we're trying to get things to run smoothly again!





11_reasons is based on 5 different themes, and from each theme you will pick two prompts to write about! You will pick the eleventh prompt from a wild card table, which changes every month. The idea is to write 11 reasons for some general idea (for example "11 Reasons why Mulder loves Scully").
All fandoms, characters, pairings, ratings and ideas are welcome!

10iloveyou is a themed writing challenge community similar to all those other themed writing challenge communities.

What's so special? The difference is that you'll be writing ten stories about LOVE. There are tables of ten prompts each. Though most of the prompt tables are themed, you don't necessarily have to write to those themes. There are no time limits or deadlines and there's no waitlisting: more than one person can claim the same thing.

However, there are no RPF, RPS and NC-17 stories allowed. In case you would like to use these themes or in case you are not interested in "censorship" I suggest going there: 30_lemons or there: citrus_taste. :o)

fictictactoe is a fic game-challenge for 2 people!

In Tic-Tac-Toe style, the objective is to place three respective marks in a row on a 3x3 table. But in Fic Tic-Tac-Toe, instead of an empty grid, there is a prompt-table and instead of using X's and O's to mark a space, a player must write a fic. The two authors take turns writing, and the first one to get three prompts in a horizontal, vertical or diagonal row wins the game.

This is a weekly drabble challenge community for gen fanfiction. You can have a relationship there, but it can not be a romantic one. There are many other communities available for romance :)

citrus_taste is a low pressure, multi-fandom erotic writing community. You are not limited to one fandom like a lot of other comms. Here you claim one of two tables and write to your little heart's content. Each table has 50 prompts but you are only required to write 25 in order to "win". Winners receive spiffy banners stating that they have completed the challenge.

Anything goes at citrus_taste, Yaoi/Yuri/Het/Gender-Bending/RPF/Bandom/Etc. Just bring on the smut!
