Tree decorated and shining with its lights and ornaments. Outside it was a crisp, cold winter's night. Snow was gently falling beyond the windows. )

So, for those of us in the US, it's Black Friday. It's the day after Thanksgiving...and the day the retailers 'officially' herald the beginning of the holiday season with incredible sales and fantabulous savings on all the goodies your friends/loved ones could ever wish for. Though, can I just say? I've been seeing holiday stuff in my local stores for the past several months already... Seriously. *sighs*

Anyhow, here @ 12days_of_clois, we're heralding the beginning of the holiday season by kicking off our fourth annual Christmas Challenge! While the die hard bargain hunters are battling the crowds for hot deals, the die hard Clois fans are chomping at the bit to sign up for this holiday writing challenge! Go, us! :D

About the fic: This is in the post SR world however a few slight alterations I need to make note of to clarify any confusion: 1) Lois remembers everything but Clark doesn't have a clue (2) In this verse and story line Richard didn't play a major relationship role. He existed but at the time fo the story, has moved on and Lois now lives in an apartment of her own with Jason, back in the city.
