About

This is the general fandom community dedicated to the 07-GHOST manga by Yuki Amemiya and Yukino Ichihara, which is currently serialized in Monthly Comic Zero Sum. At the moment, there are 7 volumes of the Japanese manga, 1 drama CD, and an animated series to be broadcasted in April.

Our purpose is to provide a place where all kinds of fans can gather -- to squeal over bishies and plot twists, to share fan works and enlightening information, to make intelligent discussion, and generally obsess about 07-Ghost. Membership is open, so you don't need to send in a request in order to join this community. However, please make sure you read all of the rules below, because you will be responsible for them.

# Be considerate. This really should go without saying. We are a public community full of people with different opinions and preferences. While you don’t have to be a fan of every character, pairing, or point of view, we ask that you focus on the things that you do like and help us to promote a more welcoming environment for everyone.

# Do not repeat recent posts. Before making an announcement, starting a discussion, or asking a question, please check our tags as well as the first page of this community.

# Do not spam the community. Advertising for other communities/events/etc that are related to 07-Ghost is welcome, but if you must make a repeat post, please space them out within a reasonable time period. Self-introduction posts count as spam; if you wish to introduce yourself, it would be most pleasant if you brought a contribution with you.

# This community welcomes all male/male, male/female, female/female, threesomes or more, pairings. If you find yourself uncomfortable by any of these ping words, then we may not be the right community for you.

# All media posts must be members-locked. "Media" consists of: manga raws/scanslations, doujinshi raws/scanslations, drama cds, and anime raws/fansubs. Requests and questions for any of these materials must also be locked.
Posts that link to volume cover art (only), written translations of chapters (only), or where to buy official merchandise (whether Japanese, English, or of another language), however, are exempt from this rule and can be posted publicly.

# Provide warnings when appropriate. You must warn for spoilers and sexual content. Other warnings include: abuse, adult situations, character death, image-heavy post, incest, nudity, violence, etc.

# All entries must be given appropriate tags. The mod will only give you one warning if your post is not tagged. Failure to heed to this within 24 hours will result in your post being deleted. The mods will not fix your entry for you.
Artists/Authors/Iconmakers will automatically be given their own tag. If you cannot find a tag that is most appropriate for your post, please say so and one of the mods will make one for you.

# Use lj-cuts for fanfiction, fanart, graphics, icons, scans, screencaps, spoilers, summaries, or lengthy bodies of text. Please view the "Posting" section of this profile to learn what is the appropriate format for fanfiction, fanart, and icon posts. Graphics that exceed 300 x 300 pixels on either side must be placed under a lj-cut. What this means is that if you are posting an image that is 420 x 250 pixels, or 250 x 420 pixels, it must be lj-cut.
If you are posting an image that does not need to be lj-cut, then it should not contain anything that would require a warning (sexual content, nudity, violence, spoilers, etc).

# Flaming, trolling, plagiarism, and hate speech are not tolerated under any circumstances. Doing so will mark you with a penalty strike.

If you do not understand a rule, use the contact information towards the end of the profile to contact a mod for an explanation. Mods may update the rules at any time, but there will always be a mod post in the community announcing that change.

You are expected to know the rules of this community when you participate here, and you will be warned if you break any of them. The mods will give three strikes per person before following a ban. If your post violates any of the rules, we will ask you to amend it and this will not result in a strike. However, ignoring a mod's warning without a valid reason will give you a strike and your post being deleted. Please note that we will not be saving your content before deletion.

Immediate bans will be given depending on the severity of your offences, such as excessive abusing of the rules and hateful behavior.

Mods may adjust the penalty policy based on the circumstances. All decisions regarding a potential ban will be discussed by all active mods before action is taken.

When posting fanfiction or fanart, it is best to present some basic information first. We have provided some fields below for your usage. It can be modified to your liking, but one thing you must do is give appropriate warnings and ratings.

Icons
We understand that some people have different views on what should be acceptable for user icons (official art vs fan art). This community accepts fanart and cosplay icons; however, you must try to include credit/link of the original source in your post (this rule still applies even if you have received permission first from the fanartist or cosplayer). Doujinshi icons fall into the "fanart" category, and they must include credit to both the doujinshi title and its artist/circle.
If the fanartist emails any of us and asks that we do not use his/her fanart for icons, please respect those wishes and not only take down the icons from usage, but tell the community as well. This also pertains to wallpapers, banners, and other graphics.

In icon posts, please list the number of icons, with note of pairings/characters in them if you'd like. You may have as many as 3 icons as teasers without a cut, as long as they do not contain something that would require a warning (sexual content, nudity, violence, spoilers, etc).
