xRequests are filled as soon as possible
xRequests don't go unfilled, unless your notified of a problem with your request
xI can customize any of my old icon designs for you
xCredit is not necessary
xBe specific when requesting, it speeds up the process
xSimple animation only/no fades
xIcons will be made 100x100 pixels unless you'd like it smaller
xPost requests in a new entry, not as a comment
xIcons are generally a better quality/resolution than the samples, I think it's my picture host
xI can do friend's only banners, and some simple blends
xOnly the maintainer (rainbowslut) can fill requests
