THE GREAT TRADE

-Friends only posts please. We're not nice and we don't like people snooping around our community, etcetera.

-There will be a theme per week. Themes won't be like other mp3-sharing communities (i.e. "THIS WEEK'S THEME: POST-PUNK"). No, we don't want it to be genre-discriminating and/or be a 'scenester racist'. We like poseur music, face it. And bubblegum pop and boybands despite our "oh-so-we-are-punk-rock" look. Themes will be like this:

THIS WEEK'S THEME: "Love is blind"

Think of PandaMan, our former Speech 4 teacher and friend, Mr. Rono who turned our pathetic lines into philosophical debates. We just adore it.

-Songs must be connected to the theme. Duh.

-At least 05 songs please. I just love music.

-Post it as an entry, duh. It's too long for a comment.

-Please use file hosts such as WalaGata and Multiply (oh the joys of fadness). Oh ye, don't post it in GeoCities. They're poor in bytes, they don't like file hosting.

I just don't like it when people post artists and songs in text and not links. That's sad. I like it when people could waste some sweat, blood and urine into uploading it into a file host.

-Like what I said before, we're not going to discriminate you or anything (just mentally and spiritually laugh at you when I learn that you like Hilary Duff. I will do that religiously if you want to know). So, if you like country, go ahead and share what you love.

-Be nice to me and Drew (aciidiic) but mostly me.

-Themes will be posted on a Sunday and it will end on a Saturday night (because we rarely have a social life and we don't have friends to club around with---well, we're broke and we want your money).

-We'll think of a prize---after robbing a bank.

-Suggest here, not in any other post. Just here.

-I'll edit this when I get my brain back after studying for Economics and Panitikan. (Hi! Ho! Oh she's a senior! Damnit! Can't bully her...)

Christmas Boredom [09 Dec 2005|11:12pm]

[ mood | Christmas Cantata Horror ]

Hello.

Looks like I have just started my opus....:just kidding:

But.

It's Christmas and I can't just imagine the whole thing....

Christmas is so boring now.

Yeah, I only like the lights and gifts...but it's all boring.

What else?

Nah. All the same songs being sung in the streets and in the church (like I go to church...)---

"Matutupad, matutupad, matutupad..."

Sheesh! LSS! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

the whole december thing is going up to my spine...and it scares me like hell.

Cold weather. Colder people. Even colder situations.

What a life. We're so stuck in here that we can't seem to get out.

just that i sound like annoyed...

:sheesh:

The Ups and Downs of Singing Christmas Carols [06 Dec 2005|08:52pm]

frozen_thoughts
[ mood | too much JC Espinola ]

I have a hoarse voice and an almost-sore throat.

Singing Christams Carols causes me to overwork my throat and brain, thus adding to my list of physical maladies.

Well, to start things off, I 'd like to give everyone a big thanks for having me here at _lushmachine.

I so longed to be in a community. :3 And here I am!

Enough with the talk.

Just this afternoon, I received some startling news from our school paper moderator about the progress and stuff. It turned out that WE lack stuff! (AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH!)

Well, anyhoo...I just seem to have forgotten my task here on the community blog.

For two weeks, I have always been asked to write poems and letters for some "special" reasons.

I remember one: a classmate of mine asked me to make a poem for her "monthsary" letter. Of course, I was sort of delighted because the one who asked me was one of my close friends. It made me recall how her wish came true...and it really made me laugh, though.

So the piece I wrote was a one-column poem called "A Metric Love Story".

I was sort of pleased at least I had written a poem...out of intense boredom. I lack inspiration and I was so annoyed that I almost caught our teacher's attention. (Leave him, he's gay.)

> Another thing:

Just a thought: I had chance upon a sketch pad. I would have bought it but...but.

Sometimes being fragmented really hurts.

stuck-up and cut-up,

noish
